  • 15 to 29 days before departure – 50% of total package cost

  • 7 to 14 days before departure – 75% of total package cost

  • Less than 7 days before departure or No-Show – 100% of total package cost

3. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellation charges are governed strictly by the fare rules of the respective airline.

  • Airline penalties, fare differences, and applicable service charges will apply.

  • Some discounted or promotional fares may be completely non-refundable.

4. Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation charges depend on the individual hotel’s policy.

  • Promotional, peak season, or special-rate bookings may be non-refundable.

  • No-Show at the hotel will be treated as 100% cancellation.

5. Visa Services

  • Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted.

  • Cancellation of visa services after document submission will not qualify for any refund.

6. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Additional charges, fare differences, and service fees may apply.

  • Some bookings may not permit changes.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to avail any booked service without prior written cancellation will be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, 100% cancellation charges may apply.

8. Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government travel restrictions, pandemics, airline strikes, or operational disruptions, cancellation terms will be subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers.

9. Company’s Right to Cancel

COSMO TRAVELOGY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any booking due to operational reasons, supplier issues, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered as applicable.
